Ember in Monument has now launched it’s long-awaited breakfast menu. From 7.30am until Midday, hungry City dwellers can feast on delicious breakfast dishes with an Asian twist, in one of the most stylish venues in the square mile.
Decadent hot dishes include home cured wagyu corned beef hash with fried eggs and chili jam, and gin spiced lamb bacon with sake cured egg, tomatoes, labne, date ketchup and pomegranate.
For lighter options, a specially curated ‘raw menu’ features buckwheat and blueberry cream with almond milk, kiwi fruit and alfonso mango, plus our personal favourite – coconut granola bars with manuka honey, medjool dates and matcha green tea cream.
Baked goods include flourless orange & almond cake, and fresh fig & kaya scones.
Wash it down with a turmeric, orange, carrot & pineapple juice.
Ember is open for breakfast from 7.30am – 12pm, Monday to Friday.
